# Персональные настройки

В карточке лида, контакта доступны персональные настройки.

* [x] Включаем персональные настройки
* [x] Выбираем электронная почта, телефон, sms (в зависимости от вашей потребности)
* [x] Автоматически подставляются общие настройки (текст, время, шаблон)
* [x] Меняете текст поздравления, время
* [x] Сохраняем

В первую очередь выполняете общие настройки в приложении, далее переходите в карточку лида\контакта и делаете персональные настройки.

Персональные настройки стоят в приоритете.

Пример: 

в общих настройках время отправки sms указано 10:00, а в персональных 13:00, то сообщение будет отправлено в промежутке с 13:00 до 14:00
